HOW TO ORDER - To order specimens please fill in the online order form - this is found by clicking the 'Order specimen' button on the mineral description pages. Alternatively if you don't enjoy filling out forms then feel free to send us an email instead with the catalogue number of the specimen(s) you would like, your name and the address to send them to.

When we receive your order request we will reserve the specimen(s) for you and confirm the cost including postage and packaging (see Delivery Information). Specimens will be reserved for up to 7 days to allow time for payment (please see Payment Options), or if you need longer than this please let us know. We will usually dispatch specimens within 2 working days of receiving payment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We welcome international orders. We can post specimens worldwide and receive payment in a wide range of currencies - please contact us if you have specific requirements.
